Current Production Time
Since almost all of my items are custom made to order, I need a fair amount of time to make and prepare your item to ship. Normally, this amount of time is 3-5 business days. Please note that this is the length of time to make and prepare your item to ship. This is not the amount of time until it shows up on your front porch. This is the production time. This amount of time can fluctuate based on holidays, busy times of year or my vacation time. I will always update my current production time here.

Shipping Options*
Regular shipping: $4.00 ​
Your order will ship USPS regular mail. It will include a tracking number which will be emailed to you once it is shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive, however, it can take from 7-10 during busy times.

Upgrade to Priority 1-3 day shipping:  $8.95
Your order will ship USPS Priority mail. This option DOES NOT include the production time. This option only speeds up the post office. Once I make your item (see above notes for current production time) then this will ship. The post office allows 1-3 days for delivery, but most people usually receive it within 2 days. You will also get a tracking number and the package will be insured up to $50.

RUSH Plus Priority*:  $29.95 

Need your order in a hurry? If you need it in a hurry, you must select this shipping option. This option rushes the production timeline and bumps you to the front of the line. This option guarantees that I will make and ship your order within 48 business hours, weekends and US Holidays not included. It also includes the Priority 1-3 day shipping option. The fee for a rush is $21 and the fee for the Priority shipping is $8.95.

*This option may or may not be available during checkout. If this is not available then it means I am either too busy to fulfill your order on a rush or I am unavailable for the rush option.

 

International Orders​
Delivery can take up to 6 weeks (during busy times like Christmas and Mother's Day). Also, customer is responsible for any additional taxes, customs charges, or another other incurring charges related to international shipping.  Most countries will charge a customs fee on items valued over $25.  I cannot change the price that you paid for my item, so it will be your responsibility to make arrangements to pay the fee so that your item can be delivered.  Also, once the package leaves the US, I cannot track it further.  If it gets held up in customs and the fees are not paid, it may or may not get returned back to me. Unfortunately, I have no control over that.  At your request, and your expense, I can send the package registered mail which will then be traceable and be delivered directly to you.  You must contact me before making a purchase to arrange this because there will be an extra expense.

Promotional Products​

Shipping and delivery times vary for promotional products. Products are shipped from a direct print vendor and because of that reason no returns or exchanges can be offered. Please pay attention to size charts when ordering.  

 

Refund Policy
Since almost all of my items are custom and made to order, there are no returns or refunds.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,

please contact me immediately to see if I can work with you to fix the problem.
No returns or exchanges on personalized items.

If there is an error or mistake, contact me immediately to fix.

If something happens to your item after 30 days or you contact me after 30 days,

there will be a charge for any repairs/replacements plus shipping both ways (including chain breakage). 
 

Cancellations

 I do not accept cancellations.

My production time and shipping information is clearly listed

Cancellations will not be processed simply because it will not arrive in time. 

 

No refunds or exchanges on promotional products.

Custom orders cannot be returned.   

***HAND STAMPED ITEMS***
~All items are hand stamped. I do not use a machine, so variations in spacing will occur. It may not be perfectly straight.  But, these are all indicators of personal, hand stamped items. Note that each item I stamp is made with great care and attention. I strive for perfection, but I am not a machine.
~Please note: I only stamp on one side unless otherwise indicated.
~Check your spelling- I stamp exactly what is provided to me in the comments when you place your orders.
~Characters/spacing: I provide the number of characters, including spaces, that will fit on any particular design.  If you are unsure about whether what you would like stamped will fit on a specific piece, please message me PRIOR to placing your order so I can help you. If your message does not fit in the space provided your order may be subject to cancellation if an alternative selection cannot be made in a timely manner. 
~Font selection: if you do not specify a font selection or inquire about it, I will use my creative liberty in which font choice best suits your custom piece.

Metals & Findings

***COPPER AND BRASS***
*Things you need to know about copper and brass -please read before ordering*
Copper and brass are beautiful and colorful but there are things you need to know about these metals. They will darken over time and have to be polished. You can use copper and brass polish or a Pro Polish Pad which will polish all metals. You can also use natural ingredients like baking soda and lemon juice. A quick google search will give you some options and instructions.
*If you purchased copper or brass pieces, they will tarnish quicker than silver. Due to the oils in our bodies and other external factors (lotions, perfumes), the process will vary.

***ALUMINUM***
Aluminum is a relatively soft, durable, lightweight metal with appearance ranging from silvery to dull gray, depending on the surface roughness. It is nonmagnetic and does not easily ignite. This aluminum is slightly brushed.  It is not mirror shiny.  It is silver in color. Because this is hand stamped and cut, there may be slight imperfections.  I take great care to sand, buff and polish the aluminum which takes extra time but I feel is worth the effort.  In most cases it will be polished to a shiny finish.

 

***NuGold***
NuGold is a type of brass, with a higher copper content than standard brass.  Because of the higher copper content, NuGold has a more reddish color as compared to standard brass, some might say closer to the color of 14K gold alloy. NuGold is a type of brass called 230 alloy that contains 85-88% copper, the balance zinc. NuGold will tarnish similar to copper and brass (as noted above).

 

***SILVER PLATED/STERLING SILVER***
Most of my chains are sterling silver. Each listing will indicate if the material is silver plated or sterling silver.
All Swarovski crystal birthstones charms are rhodium plated. 
Charms are silver plated unless otherwise specified. *Many charms can be ordered in sterling, but there will be an upcharge and there will be an extended delay until the sterling option is available. 

 

***BIRTHSTONES and CRYSTALS***
All my crystals are genuine Swarovski crystals that I purchase from a certified Swarovski dealer. Swarovski is the finest crystals in the market, produced in Austria. Many customers mistake Swarovski for crystals but Swarovski is the brand name associated with the finest crystals in the market. There are other crystals in the market, produced in Asia, Korea and China, however, Swarovski offers the finest brilliance and is considered the best in the market. Swarovski is also the most expensive crystals in the market. While some designers go for the more affordable alternatives, Swarovski is what I choose to use and the perfect choice, offering unsurpassed quality, for my customers.
